Service and attention to detail like no other. Technician was amazing and very thorough. It was obvious he takes much pride in his work. Cleaned out the fireplace, painted the back of the unit and the lower front grill so the 20 year old unit looked brand new. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The two Napoleon fireplaces they sold us for our new house are beautiful. We had a few minor problems with them when we moved in, but they were happy to take care of those issues for us. Mark, the owner of the company, made two service calls and was very helpful, personable, competent, and accommodating. We really do like those fireplaces!

Fireplace looks good except that there is no face plate. When they did the install, they said that the face plate was the wrong size. Now I’ve called three times and no one knows where it is. I shouldn’t be the one calling. I might change my review if they finish the install.

Had an appointment Scheduled at 4 PM to check the gas line on an outdoor fireplace. The technician wanted to come in the morning, however I explained that I had appointments. Called him when I was done. He was able to come an hour and a half earlier than his schedule time. He was very unfriendly, and not at all professional seemed irritated that he had to make the call, before he even came in to assess the problem, his demeanor did not change when he realized it was a easy resolution
